We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful, fast-growing business who are looking to appoint a Field Sales Manager to join their thriving team. Based on outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for individuals who are personable and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Key Duties: Led and develop a team of field-based sales representatives, driving performance, engagement, and achievement of key sales objectives.
Maintained high standards of operational compliance, ensuring all sales activities adhered to company policies, industry regulations, and quality requirements. Design and deliver product knowledge and skill training, equipping sales teams with the expertise needed to effectively communicate product features and customer benefits. Carry out regular performance reviews, product evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance demonstration quality and overall sales effectiveness. Previous Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing and developing field-based sales teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of remote or geographically dispersed teams. Background in direct sales, home demonstrations, retail, healthcare, mobility, or other customer-facing sales environments. Experience delivering product training and supporting the ongoing development of sales professionals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
