This expanding machinery solutions business specialises in supplying, servicing and supporting construction equipment across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Service & Parts Administrator to support their Aftersales team, ensuring engineers, customers and internal departments receive first-class service and administrative support.
In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for service enquiries, processing service jobs, ordering parts, supporting engineers with labour and timesheet administration, coordinating transport, monitoring work in progress and assisting with warranty claims. You’ll work closely with Service Controllers, Engineers, Parts, Sales and Finance to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the depot. This role would suit someone with service administration or parts experience within construction plant, machinery, agricultural, automotive, commercial vehicles or another engineering environment, looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business.
